About Sarah
I'm passionate about helping people feel their best. I graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy program at CDI College, and with training in treating orthopedic conditions, pathologies and injuries, I'm committed to helping each person reach their goals.
I work with clients experiencing a range of issues, from injuries and chronic pain to complex conditions and stress, and I offer pregnancy massage. Whether you're new to massage or looking for a new RMT, I'd love to help.
I keep learning: most recently I completed Anatomy Trains in Structure and Function in Vancouver, a course on how fascia connects the body from head to toe. It builds on the myofascial work I already use in treatment.
When I'm not at the clinic, I'm spending time with my husband and our two kids, weight training, at dance class or doing yoga.
